<div class> <p> <br/> 姓名:曹海霞<br/> 职称:副教授<br/> 部门:物理学系<br/> 联系方式:<br/> </strong> hxcao@suda.edu.cn</a><br/> <br/> 研究方向: </strong><br/> 多铁性材料的磁电耦合特性研究、新型功能铁电多层膜的熵变特性研究<br/> <br/> 1971年2月生于江苏省如东县,1997年苏州大学理论物理专业硕士研究生毕业留校任教。2001年-2005年在本校在职攻读凝聚态物理专业博士学位,2005年6月获博士学位。2006年被评为副教授,同年被聘为硕士生导师(凝聚态物理专业及材料物理与化学专业)。2005 年4月—2006年2月及2007年9月—11月,赴香港理工大学应用物理系进行科研合作。2008年2月—2008年8月, 由江苏省公派赴美国康涅狄格大学(University of Connecticut)访问半年。2010年5月,由国家基金委选派赴意大利国际理论物理中心参加“纳米科学春季研讨班”。具有很好的国际合作和交流的 经验。<br/> <br/> 教学经历: </strong><br/> 承担本科生《普通物理》、《普通物理实验》、《量子力学》、《固体物理》、《线性代数》课程的教学;承担研究生《固体物理II》课程的教学。<br/> <br/> 研究经历: </strong><br/> 研究方向为统计物理和凝聚态理论。曾在自旋系统的统计模型,一维反铁磁链、铁磁超晶格、海森堡铁磁体的临界行为,功能梯度铁电薄膜材料和铁电超晶格的热力 学性质方面做过不少工作。特别是近年来在铁电薄膜材料的介电、热电和电熵特性,以及磁性弛豫铁电体的介电特性方面做了不少出色的工作。已在国内外SCI 源期刊发表学术论文30余篇。参与的研究成果曾获江苏省科技进步二等奖(量子自旋系统的临界行为和磁学性质, 2003)。在导师李振亚教授指导下的博士论文《梯度铁电薄膜的热力学性质研究》被评为2006年度江苏省优秀博士论文。2007年获苏州大学大陆产业科 研奖。申请人至目前已主持过国家级理论物理专款项目1项,主持过江苏省高校自然科学基金项目2项,主持苏州大学青年教师研究基金1项。作为主要参加者参与 过国家级、省级科研项目4项。目前作为第二负责人承担江苏省自然科学基金项目1项。<br/> <br/> 近年来已发表论文目录(</strong>带*</strong>号为通讯作者)</strong>: </strong><br/> 1 J.W.
