<div class> <p> <br/>   姚文兵 教授,男,博士生导师,中国药科大学副校长<br/> <br/>   主要经历 </strong><br/>   1962年6月生,1983年毕业于中国药科大学生物制药专业,后获硕士、博士学位。1990年研究生毕业后留校任教。<br/>   自留校任教以来,一直从事教学、科研和管理工作。现任中国药科大学微生物与生化药学教授(博士生导师)、中国药科大学副校长。兼任国家食品药品监督管理局 药品、保健食品评审委员,国家发改委药品价格决策专家委员会委员,中国生物化学与分子生物学会工业化专业委员会委员,教育部高职高专药品类专业教学指导委 员会主任委员,教育部高等学校药学专业教学指导分委员会秘书长,全国高等医学教育学会副秘书长,全国高等医学教育学会药学教育研究会副理事长兼秘书长, 《药物生物技术》副主编,《药学教育》常务副主编,《中国药学年鉴》、《中国药科大学学报》等杂志编委。<br/> <br/>   主要科研工作简介 </strong><br/> <br/>   主要从事的研究领域 </strong><br/>   多肽、蛋白质类药物的分子改构(包括基于基因密码子扩展的分子改构)和定点修饰研究以及生物新药的研制。<br/> <br/>   课题资助情况 </strong><br/>   在以上研究领域已主持完成了国家科技重大专项课题、国家863项目、国家自然科学基金项目、教育部重点项目、江苏省重点项目等国家及省部级课题26项。目前正主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技重大专项课题、博士点基金、江苏省科技创新与成果转化专项等项目7项。<br/> <br/>   完成的主要科研工作及获奖情况 </strong><br/>   长期从事多肽、蛋白质类药物的分子改构(包括基于基因密码子扩展的分子改构)和定点修饰研究以及生物新药的研制,围绕多肽和蛋白质药物的分子改构及其在创新药物中应用开展系列研究,1)建立了与国际前沿同步的非天然氨基酸定点改构技术体系; 2) 建立了多肽、蛋白质类药物修饰技术平台和质量评价体系, 3)开展长效多肽、蛋白质类创新药物研究,完成了PEG—ED、PEG2—IFNcon 等长效蛋白质类药物和长效多肽类药物的临床前研究。在该领域主持国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项、国家“863”项目、国家自然科学基金等国家级及省部级课题26项;带领的科研团队获得江苏省“青蓝工程”科技创新团队。近五年,获授权发明专利10项,发表科研论文72篇, SCI论文37篇,出版著作5部。<br/>   荣获国家级教学名师,入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”,江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”第二层次培养对象,江苏省“六大人才高峰”,获全国高校优秀青年教师奖(教育部霍英东教育基金会),江苏省优秀教育工作者等荣誉称号。为国家优秀教学团队带头人,国家精品课程《药学生物化学基础》课程负责人,获国家级教学成果奖一等奖3项、国家级教学成果奖二等奖1项,获江苏省教学成果奖特等奖2项、江苏省教学成果奖一等奖2项。获江苏省科技进步三等奖2项。<br/> <br/>   研究生培养情况 </strong><br/>   已培养硕士研究生62名,博士研究生20名。<br/> <br/>   近期发表的代表性论文 </strong><br/>   1.Mingming Gao</a>,Yue Tong</a>,Hong Tian</a>,Xiangdong Gao</a>andWenbing Yao</a>.
